My friend Tomoko is cheerful and approachable but she is also in her own way a private person, so I was delighted when she readily agreed to be interviewed for my blog.
Here is Tomoko on the joys and challenges of living in a different world. In this first part she tells how she moved to Cleveland with her husband and their first-born baby nearly six years ago and why she thinks growing up in America is a good thing for her children.
Thank you both for the interesting comparison of cultures. I look forward to the other parts of the interview.
